For each $1,000 donated to the Rotary Foundation, a Rotarian is awarded a Paul Harris Fellow. Each award is slightly different than the previous so people can recognize your commitment to the Rotary Foundation. The first award is a 'plain' pin. But after the first, each additional award has an extra blue sapphire gem added up to 5 sapphires. After 5 blue sapphires, the pin is reset with a red ruby gem and can go up to a total of 3 rubies.
After that, a Rotarian becomes a Major Donor and for donors achieving $250,000 during their lifetimes, they are in the exclusive Arch Klumph Society.
Our Club is fortunate to have a few Major Donors and a few that are quickly approaching Major Donor status.
