Blair provides last minute prep and instructions to volunteers before distribution begins normally at 10am.
This team typically runs 4 car lines in parallel and each car takes 30-40 seconds to load the various produce that was packaged at 9am. Sufficient volunteers today and temperature in mid 80's with some cloud cover and a very light breeze.
In other words, a GREAT summer day in Texas!
