Troop 385 Scout Jaxon (Hoss) Holland attended the July 6 Quitman Rotary Club meeting to tell the club members about his effort to secure 31 body armor vests in 31 days for the Wood County Sheriff’s Department. Afterwards Club President, Steve Straznicky, presented Jaxon with a $375 check to cover the cost of one of the vests.
