Assistant Regional Planning & Program Manager & Engineer for NYSDOT's Region 9

They will cover the larger projects within the region as well as the NY 17 Bridge Approach Slabs Replacement Project in Vestal. Both Bill and Jillian have years of experience, steeped in DOT's public outreach and meeting with members of the public to share information on our projects - discussing projects plans, goals, impacts, and outcomes with a focus on our how our work is helping to strengthen our transportation infrastructure, improve safety and mobility for motorists and pedestrians and ultimately better connect our communities.
