Trooper Rodney Ramps is a graduate of YSU, where he earned his degree in Criminal Justice, as well as a graduate of the 135th Academy class of the Oho State Highway Patrol.  Trooper Ramps has over 17 years of dedicated service to the organization, where he specializes in North American Standards, Technical Crash Investigations, Auto Larceny, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Criminal Interdiction training.

Trooper Ramps is one of the most requested speakers in OSHP District 4 in the field of Human Trafficking. His knowledge and method of educating others in the world of human trafficking plays a significant role in closing loopholes to those seeking the exploitation of hundreds of thousands of victims each year.
