During the September 1st meeting Diane Dugger was installed as the newest member of the East Alton club. her installation was conducted by District Governor Gordon Jumper. Diane is in charge of the Boys and Girls Club program at the East Alton Middle School. Please give Diane a warm East Alton welcome.
