Also, Pat Leonard plans the following:  Veterans Day Observance - Last year we did a program on four men who became members of the Braintree Rotary Club who served in World War I.  Since that meeting I have determined that there were four additional members who also served.  I would like to present a program on that day about those four members and also two other interesting points about Rotary and World War I.  These two are that the Commanding General of the Army of the United States in World War I, General of the Armies John J. Pershing, was an Honorary Member of the Rotary Club; and that the home given to the most famous hero of the United States Army in World War I, Sergeant Alvin York of Tennessee, by given to him by the Rotary Club!  I have included two attachments which relate.
