The Montachusett Area Rotary club came out with family and friends to celebrate the Million $ Meal at Rota Springs in Sterling. The Million Dollar Meal" in Rotary International is a symbolic fundraiser where members skip a regular club meal or meeting and instead donate the cost of that meal directly to The Rotary Foundation or initiatives like PolioPlus. Originating in 1959, it turns the saved meal money into global humanitarian impact.
