We had club forum this morning and President Leslie went over the following items from our BOD meeting yesterday:
She handed Jason’s envelope to him so he can add his piece to our almost complete project, recited the 4-way test, she left a voice mail for Gib as we are all thinking of him and Joan. In June we had 85% attendance (please let her know or mark on attendance sheet your make-ups, meetings you’ve attended, etc. to get credit), we have earmarked $750 for our food donations for Kylee’s Kare Kits for Kidz, Karen’s Closet and The Daily Bread (trying to get them into our meeting), if you know anyone at the Sentinel or Champion so we can promote our PR in this area, #1 club in District for Foundation, let Ali know of any speakers, need to re-visit our Vision from our strategic plan from a 1 ½ year ago, Joan is trying to get the Homestead Veteran Farm to come speak and we need an update on “Monty” the pig, will be promoting more about our wreath/swag program (more to come), Cormier Park fall clean-up, RYLA planning meeting next year, need ideas on more fundraising such as chili cookoff (see Christina to help), you can pre-pay for breakfast but if you need invoice let President Leslie know. President Leslie will be sending out instructions on to create your rotary.org for Rotary Global Rewards. As a Rotarian you can save $’s on many vendors, etc. Don’t forget to use montahcusettarearotary@gmail.com to send emails on behalf of the club.
