Rotary Wheelchair Day was Saturday, March 13, 2010. The event was hold at the Goodwill Industries SoCal Headquarters, and many Clubs and Rotarians attended. Of course, our Club, Colombo Americano was present too. Many recipients in need were drove to the distribution to be fitted for a chair and take them home. As usually, a lot of refreshment were served, and many photographs were taken in order for us and for the recipients do not forget that wonderful day. It is impossible to ignore the impact that a wheelchair makes in a person in needed. The most important reward that somebody can get in helping projects like this is just to see the spontaneous happy face in the recipients. Our club was honored by given one of this wheelchair to Ascension Gutierrez.
