The annual Garden Hearts fundraising program highlights the artistic skills of a Thompson School District student
along with the fabrication skills of Ryan Stillahn’s welding class at Thompson Valley High School.
The heart design changes each year. All profits from the sales of the hearts go directly to Loveland Youth Gardeners. 

2024 FEATURED ARTIST: MARIJONA LONG
Marijona Long was born in Arizona, eventually moving to Colorado at the age of 7. Inspired by her family, she always had a deep connection to nature and the arts. This love for the outdoors manifested itself into her artwork, being seen in her continued subject matter of natural forms. Her art education from Loveland High School inspired her to pursue her artistic passion and future career. Her dedication to the arts allowed for her to win a gold key in the Scholastics art and writing award, with her painting being displayed in the Denver Art Museum. After this, she was selected from the Loveland Thompson Valley Rotary Club as a 2024 Scholarship Winner. These accomplishments are allowing her to follow her dreams of perusing a career in Art education. After graduating from Loveland High School this year, she plans on continuing her education through Front Range Community College and CSU.
