Topic: Choice and Perseverance

Author of his recently published Memoir, "The Stump". Terry is a native of Chicago (the South Side) and enjoys spreading his message, "Let no one tell you no, you can't, or that's not possible!"  

Everyday growing up on the South Side of Chicago Terry faced choices – make the quick buck selling drugs, or stay in school and get an education.  He knew if he didn’t get out of Chicago, he would have been dead before he reached the age of 25.  His way out was the military, which he enlisted in 1973, and went on to serve for 37 plus years.  He enjoys telling his story and providing perspective to those that have “choices” to make.
