Cold Hard Cash!

At our recent meeting, Sue Hammond, chair of the ICE parking project, presented club president, Pete Bills with a check! There were 15 Rotarians and 2 non-Rotarians who put in 31 hours of service on that blustery winter day in February, parking cars at the Ice Castle/Festival in Mayville. Westfield-Mayville Rotarians put in more hours than any of the other four groups who participated (a hearty bunch, we are!); and income was reduced due to weather and the cancelation of several activities--fireworks included. All of that considered, $435.65 was raised by our club--well above the $200 budgeted!! Way to go, Rotarians!
