Bill Haggerty Discusses Recent Changes in New Jersey's Pension Plans

Bill is a graduate of St. Peter’s College in Jersey City. He is a CPA and a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs. With over 40 years of expertise as an accountant, and over 20 as a business owner, Bill has experienced the full range of issues and challenges faced daily in this field.

Bill leads Haggerty & Bosch, LLP, an affiliate of The Haggerty Group, growing a loyal client base over a 20-year span, including many small businesses and high net-worth individuals. Many clients have been with him for over 15 years. Bill engenders trust and loyalty by offering understanding and thoughtful solutions to each client’s diverse concerns, and fostering personal relationships with them. Bill understands that there is more to accounting than adding up sums, that it is about personal choice and preference. His individualized approach enables Bill and his team to present strong and effective solutions to his clients’ unique issues.

Bill is also a member of the Bergen County Estate Planning Council, the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council, and the CEO Roundtable of the Commerce & Industry Association of NJ (CIANJ). He is also a 20-year member of International Rotary and has held various offices, including President of his Rotary Chapter. Bill has consulted as lecturer on accounting and tax matters, and is recipient of the prestigious Walter Head and Paul Harris Awards.
