Kim Wittkugel, Rotary Club of West Seneca Liaison to Back2Back Ministries, will be the featured speaker at the upcoming meeting. Kim, who also represents Back2Back Ministries, will be presenting a status report on 4 libraries, furnished by the West Seneca Rotary, in Monterrey, Mexico. Basic Education and Literacy is a major focus of The Rotary Foundation.
 
The libraries were provided in homes for abandoned children, where no reading material was provided. Books, furniture and computers were purchased and placed.
Kim, who has a master's degree in special education from the University of Pennsylvania, used her talents, energy and collegial-connectivity skills to ensure the ongoing success of the West Seneca/Monterey project.
