Brian Cosgrove, Patrol Lieutenant, West Seneca Police Department, will be the featured speaker at the September 16, 2015 meeting of West Seneca Rotary.
Lt. Cosgrove will present information and answer questions about peaceful conflict resolution, public safety and the issues faced by 21st century police forces. Cosgrove has significant training and experience in public safety, police procedure, investigation, and peaceful conflict resolution.
