Habitat for Humamity

Jerry Sullivan, President, Habitat for Humanity Buffalo, featured speaker at the May 11^th meeting, brought the Club members up to date on organizational activities. Habitat for Humanity rebuilds older residences and builds new structures. They have a very successful process for vetting potential home owners. In addition to building/rebuilding, the organization operates “Restore.” Restore accepts donations of furniture, appliances, building materials, hardware and electrical fixtures. These are sold or used. All money raised goes to build more housed. For more information contact:
