Annual Charity Golf Outing

Dear sir or madam,

 

 It is almost that time of year again where we plan one of our biggest fundraisers of the year with our annual golf outing that YOU have helped make successful with your generous donations.

 We certainly hope we can count on you again this year as the proceeds from this event will help local causes such as homelessness, hunger and drug prevention programs within our community as well as funding the Pompton Lakes Rotary Foundation which supports humanitarian efforts internationally such as polio eradication and clean drinking water.

 

 

 Our club is a non profit organization that continues to help on a local and international level. Our tax exemption number is 22-3522482. We would not be able to help our community and beyond without your support, and for which we are extremely grateful.

 

 You may choose to send golfers, or select one of our many sponsor levels. No matter what you select we are also hopeful you can also consider sending gift cards or product donations as well that we can raffle off during the event in an effort to increase the amount that our organization can donate.

 

  We would be honored if you would consider being an event sponsor for our outing as well, which will provide you and your business with maximum exposure. It’s a fun filled day (07/10/2019) with 50/50 prizes, raffles, contests, food and of course, GOLF!
