Salvation Army Presents Bell Award

Envoy David Irwin was in attendance at the Joint Meeting of the Milford Rotary Club and the Milford Lions Club last night and presented the Rotary Club with the Bell Award for 2011. He praised both clubs for extraordinary efforts during the holiday campaign. He noted that two clubs raised a total of $9051 and were a critical part of the bell campaign. The Bell will remain at the Corp and will be updated with the winners not yet posted for 2009 and 2010. Rumor has it that when the numbers are validated the Lions Club name may be added.
