O'Keefe Invites all to visit MilfordTv Grand Opening

Rob O'Keefe Executive Director of the new MilfordTV and Community Media Center visited Rotary just before their grand opening and extended an invitation to everyone for the Grand Opening and Open House of MilfordTV on Saturday January 19th from 2-7pm. The event included Free food and drink, live music (Claflin Hill Symphony's "String Trio", and Jerry Seeco's Jazz Quartet will be performing) and an art exhibit by Blackstone Valley Art Association with framed photography for sale will be some of the highlights of the event.  MilfordTV is a 501(c)3 non profit organization which will supply public education and government access coverage to the greater Milford area.  For a $15 yearly membership fee, MilfordTV will also train Milford residents in the use of their state of the art equipment.  This will be  a great educational resource for Milford residents in addition to aiding in the dissemination of information and allow residents to "get their voice out there and be heard".  (PS Update- the event was well attended and was very successful) (photo credit-MDN)
