Balfour Presents Case For Planned Giving For Foundation

Donate without taking it out of your pocket-Roy Balfour of the Rotary District 7910 Financial Resource Team was the guest speaker today and gave a very informative talk on how to support the Foundation through an outright gift, or as a Benefactor or as a Bequest Society member. Balfour suggested that Rotarians work with their whole group of advisers to work together to find ways to make these gifts -Free- through the help of a well develop financial plan.Balfour pointed out that only 7% of Rotarians have made a Bequest to the Foundation and suggested that if we want to grow the Foundation and create our own Legacy that number needs to move up. Balfour also thanked the club for being the first club in District 7910 to achieve 100% EREY status.
