Youth Protection Seminar

The Club hosted it's Youth Protection Seminar this week.  Past District Governor and Maywood Rotarian, Bill Rupp (left, below) visited to hear the seminar which was presented by Bergen Highlands/Ramsey Rotarian Tom Dunn (right, below).

Tom did an excellent job of conveying the importance of this issue and 30 of our Rotarians were present for the seminar.  Youth protection training is a high priority within Rotary District 7490 and today's event was just the first step in an ongoing initiative to safeguard young people who take part in any Rotary sponsored activity. 

Bill Rupp is the Youth Protection Officer for District 7490 and we are grateful for his guidance in conducting the seminar.
