The 12-hour Mental Health First Aid course teaches adults (18 years and over) how to provide initial support to adults who are developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis. More info in 'read more'.

Tea and coffee supplied for morning and afternoon tea Edition 3 of the Mental Health First Aid Manual for each participant Free access to down-loadable Certificate of completion to those participants attending the entire 2 day Free on-line registration as a Mental Health First Aider (requires answering a brief on-line test). Lunch is NOT provided. This workshop is not designed for mental health professionals. Please note: Minimum numbers apply. This course will run with a minimum of 15 participants. If less than 15 participants are registered, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements and full refunds will be made.
