Desalination Plant
SA Water presented details on their proposed new plant.
The meeting was of great interest so we had almost 60 in attendance.
There were lots of questions as expected.
The siting of the plant in Boston Bay is understandably controversial.
Concerns from the aquaculture industry were presented
along with recreational fishing worries.
As a community we should try to understand the issues involved.
This meeting was one step in that process.
