WHAT IS RLI?
The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of fast-paced, interactive, one-day courses offered to refine a Rotarian's leadership skills and increase their base of knowledge in Rotary.  Courses are topical, interactive, and geared towards Rotarians who want to be more knowledgeable and effective leaders in their Clubs.
 
This internationally recognized course of three full days provides in depth and interactive education on Rotary, its structure, its programs and the role and function of Club leaders. Topics covered include Leadership, My Rotary World, Our Rotary Foundation, Service Projects, Strategic Planning, Communication, Membership, Public Image and Public Relations, Rotary Opportunities and much more….

Anyone interested in learning more about Rotary!  Participants return to their Club with:

WHAT IS INVOLVED?
RLI offers a leadership course consisting of Parts I, II & III in three full non-consecutive days, usually Saturday.   Those attending each of the three course days for the full duration will receive recognition in the form of a Certificate and Special Pin.
 
WHY DO WE NEED A LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE?
Clubs want the best, most skilled Rotarians possible to lead with vibrancy, confidence and enthusiasm.  The RLI program combines these two facets to ensure development of strong leadership skills coupled with sound Rotary knowledge.
 
Course Dates
Part 1: Saturday October 26:                       9 am to 4 pm                                      Whyalla             
Part 2: Saturday November 16:                 9 am to 4 pm                                      Port Augusta                    
Part 3: Saturday December 7:                     9 am to 4 pm                                      Port Lincoln
 
Cost: $180 per participant for full 3 day course.  Morning tea and lunch provided.  Dress: Smart casual. Paid by the club
