Rotarian to help cruise ship passengers

Volendam in Port Lincoln 15th November
The cruise ship Volendam arrives in Port Lincoln on Friday 15 November, with about 1800 passengers and 800 crew on board.
If any Rotarians would be interested in becoming a council volunteer to assist welcome passengers, that would be fabulous. Please complete Volunteer registration form"" available from Jim Kay.

We are sourcing golf buggies to transport the more mobility impaired passengers from the ship to the wharf car park and may need some drivers if the owners of the buggies are not available!
Otherwise, volunteers to be stationed at the wharf or other CBD locations to provide information on key attractions and services to visitors are being sought. (it will involve wearing a council supplied yellow tshirt and navy broad brim hat & attendance at an induction/info session approx. one hour long).
