THE ROTARY FOUNDATION DISTRICT GRANTS 2013/14
District Grants are available for Projects whose budget falls between $2,000 and $29,000 AUD.
Projects can be either local or international. All grants are subject to The Rotary Foundation
Trusties Approval and no expenditure can be made until their approval is received. The
grants will be on a reimbursement basis on $1 for $1 basis, the same as last year.
Three forms are required:
1. The Rotary Foundation’s Memorandum of Understanding, (MOU)
2. The District’s MOU
3. Application Form
All of the above need to be signed by the current President and the two MOU’s by the
President-Elect (2014/15 year).
Clubs wishing to apply can either download the forms from the District Website or request
the documents to be emailed to them. For the latter please email;

TRAINING PROGRAM
Sunday 28th July, DISTRICT GRANT TRAINING DAY.
o Attendance is a must if applying for a District Grant.
o The venue will be Prospect Town Hall Commencing 10.00 to 12.00/12.30
Friday 2nd August is the CLOSING DATE for DISTRICT GRANT
APPLICATION
o Grant Applications to be emailed to PDG John Rowe
o The MOU completed and emailed with the Application.
o District Grant Application and MOV Documents are available on the District
Website.
