Anzac Day Breakfast

ANZAC DAY BREAKFAST ROSTER.

Having been asked to assist the RSL by being one of the organisations cooking breakfast for after the Dawn Service we met with the other organisations and decided to work together. Last year the Boston Hotel Social Club cooked 300 breakfasts at the RSL Hall. Being the centenary year it's guesstimated that we may have to prepare 800 breakfasts. We have the use of the canteen at the Centenary Oval for serving, and we will cook at the back of the canteen. Boston Hotel have 2 large BBQs; plus the Lions and Rotary trailers. We will be set up Friday afternoon to enable us to turn up at the 'last minute' Saturday morn. Boston people will be there early, but if we could get there from 6.30 onwards that would be great.
