>MK gave an update of the SBU ROTARACT club. They are still meeting monthly. MK & Patti met with their sophomore president, Kyle Ciquera, on Monday and a plan was crafted for the 2017-18 Rotary year. Stay tuned.
 
>May 19 fund raiser for the Neighborhood School of Dance is coming together. More hands/help is needed for the evening. Ask friends and spouses/significant others.
 
>Raymour and Flannigans have offered to host us and make a sizable donation ($500+) for the Silent Policeman effort. MK will present more details as they unfold. It will likely be August or September at their Olean store.
 
>Dave Kahn, City of Olean Electrician, is working through site details in Tom Windus' exit. For our Silent Policeman Lincoln Park Signature Project: Lights are in. Security camera is in the works. Discussions about surface details continue. (NOTE: A recommendation has come forward to save $$$ and, instead of bricks, pour colored concrete. It will also make the area more stable for wheel chairs, canes. Pouring will be coordinated with our carvers schedule.) Crandall's is working in a date in mid-May to set the stone. Isaiah will proceed immediately to begin approx 30 hours of drafting. Actual carving still hoping for Memorial Day. Club will be responsible to pay for lights, security camera & concrete. Questions? >May 23 event. Posters are ready and some were distributed. Donations for auction/sponsors for ads in programs and ticket sales are in high gear. Everybody in!
