Club business:
- MUM SALE! Get your orders in to Elena by Mon Sept 12. Email is fine. She will find out if Caya's will deliver big orders to usual drop off points. LET HER KNOW if you want pick up or drop off and where!
- [redacted] transportation needed for the Inbound Orientation the weekend of Sept 16-18. Kim will get [redacted] there on Friday evening. Doug will pick up to transport home on Sunday. THANKS EVERYONE. (MK will work on a list of ALL dates where members are needed to help with transportation throughout her year here.)
- Dennis, Dan, & MK gave a [redacted] update. She is transitioning in well, overall. The Worths are happy to host her in this first home.
- GRANT MANAGEMENT SEMINAR. MK can go to Buffalo on Sept 17. Someone else will have to go to the alternate training opportunity in Nov for us to qualify for the next round of District/Global grant monies.
- Pasta dinner planning. Allegany American Legion. Nov 6 is prep day. Nov 9 is the dinner. Carl asked those who helped secure food donations to proceed again. Jim G had previously volunteered to call business sponsors. MK is doing programs for Oct. & will schedule a CLUB ASSEMBLY to stuff sponsor envelopes on October 4. MK has started connecting with INTERACT & ROTARACT clubs for help. We are hopeful that Caya's will donate the checkered table linens again.
- MK routed a GET WELL card for President Barb. She broke her shoulder!
- MK routed a sign-up for House Services for OCTs production of Man of La Mancha, Sept 23-25. Sue signed up for Sat evening show.
