- Board of directors meeting TODAY after our noon meeting. We have a quorum.
- Barb distributed committee assignments and directions for the club assembly next week. Dennis will chair in Barb's absence.
- Mary Kay asked members responsible for getting speakers to get the information to her. It will be included on ClubRunner Speakers section of the bulletin that is now 100% generated on ClubRunner, keeping our webpage current. (Even Dave noted the first edition MK put out looked pretty darn good. Barb noted we will be in line for a presidential citation with the District if we can keep EVERYTHING up to date for documentation.) Carmen is responsible for speakers in September!

- Dennis asked our guest speaker, John Stahley, if he or other DR personnel might consider joining ROTARY. John said they would welcome an invitation to a MEMBER RECRUITMENT EVENT.
- Dan McDowell shared that, after serving as Pastor for the First Baptist Church in Olean for 14 years, he has accepted a church on Long Island beginning in mid-October. He and his wife WILL be hosting [redacted] for her first 2 months with us. Dan will be missed, but we are happy for the new opportunity.
