Last week’s Coffee Conversation at the White Picket Café was an easy get together. We also helped at the Norwood Club’s BBQ last Friday and our own BBQ on Monday (see photos from two shifts).
Tomorrow (Thursday) will be breakfast at the Croquet Club and our guest speaker will be experienced mid-wife Kate Jones speaking on “Saving Lives with Portable Ultrasound Kits”. An important topic especially in overseas countries such as Cambodia where maternal care of mothers and babies is very much needed. It should be a very interesting talk.
All the RSVP’s are in for the Club’s Changeover dinner to be held in the Barton Room in the Caledonian Hotel, O’Connell Street, North Adelaide on Friday 21 June, 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start.
Best wishes and have a great week. Yvette, President.
