John Burston is Director of Teaching at the Lifeflow Meditation Centre, and has been teaching individual & group sessions and retreats for over 20 years.

This practical session will introduce you to the key skills of meditation and mindfulness. Learn how you can calm a busy mind, open your senses and generally feel better – all in 20 minutes. Session will include several practical exercises that you can apply in your life straight away. No prior experience necessary, all that you’ll need is an enquiring attitude.
