Five days in Burgundy

Phil is a member and past president of our club. He recently spent five days on a cycling tour around parts of the Burgundy and Beaujolais regions of France which apart from being an interesting experience in itself revealed a number of previously unknown(to him) facts and included a visit to a historic hospital which gave him, as a physician, an insight into the evolution of the modern teaching hospital - a topical subject in view of the imminent opening of the new Royal Adelaide Hospital.
