Children First Foundation Adelaide

The Children First Foundation (CFF)  began operating in South Australia in 2006 when a partnership was forged with the Australian Cranio Maxillo Foundation headed by Professor David David.

 Since 2006 up to five children a year from a variety of countries including Bangladesh, Indonesia, Palestine, Solomon Islands and Vietnam have been treated with cranio-facial abnormalities generally from birth defects but sometimes from accidents or disease.

CCF SA is operated solely by volunteers under the guidance of the CCF Melbourne head office. The role of the volunteers is to support the child and their parent/relative whilst they are in Adelaide in what is usually a very challenging and often stressful time.
