100 Years of Commitment

Celebrating over 100 years of service to the Cheboygan community.
Started in 1921 Cheboygan Rotary has grown to more than forty members and continues to grow annually

While Rotarians can serve in countless ways, Rotary has focused its efforts in seven areas, which reflect some of the most critical and widespread humanitarian needs:

Peace and conflict prevention/resolution
Disease prevention and treatment
Water and sanitation
Maternal and child health
Basic education and literacy
Economic and community development
Protecting the Environment

We are guided by the principles of The Four-Way Test:

The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings:

Of the things we think, say or do

  1. Is it the TRUTH?

  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?

  3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
