Welcome to Telluride Rotary Club
The Telluride Rotaclub bannerry Club (Rotary Club #1187) was chartered June 22, 1945, and has been meeting regularly ever since. We are a service organization dedicated to helping make the world a better place. Our approximately 43 members in Telluride are also part of the greater global Rotary International community, 1.2 million members in virtually every country in the world. Telluride Rotary welcomes members of all ages and backgrounds who are interested in supporting the Rotary principle of "service above self."
We meet twice a month for fun, fellowship, strategizing club projects, and hearing great speakers. We also have various social events throughout the year, such as snowmobiling, cross country skiing, picnics—keep an eye out for emails, the website, and our Facebook and Instagram accounts for updates!
Download the club's 2021 brochure for an overview of the club, or to share with other prospective members.

Membership: If you are interested in Membership, please contact Membership Chair Hill Hastings, hhastings@me.com, and download info about Membership by clicking on links in the lefthand column of the site under "club documents."
Community Service Committee: We do local “hands-on” service projects – such as trail clean up, and collecting donations for the local food bank—and we support worthwhile organizations or individuals in the community with small grants. We are honoring new local businesses, planting new trees and coordinating with the library to support environmental sustainability. To learn more contact: Madeline Allen, madelinegallen@gmail.com
International Service Committee: In seeking where we can help globally, this committee helps identify areas where our club funding can really make a difference. Recent projects include Manchichi Project for Maternal Health in remote communities of western Panama; Shelter Box; Papua New Guinea Tribal Foundation; Project Cure; and the End Polio Now campaign. To learn more contact: Mark Hauswald, markhauswald@gmail.com
