Nuclear Care Partners

Bio:  Jenna Noem serves as the Chief Executive Office and one of the founding partners of Nuclear Care Partners, (NCP.  Graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Mesa University, her early experiences in nursing were in psychiatric nursing and then as an intensive care nurse.  Although Jenna valued her time in critical care, she found her true calling in healthcare leadership and true passion for serving former atomic workers.  Jenna co-founded NCP in 2011, a modest beginning with two employees.  Currently NCP is a national industry leader with hundreds of employees and operations in more than a dozen states.

Jenna currently sits on the Community Hospital Foundation Board, Strive Foundation Board and formerly served on the Colorado Mesa University Alumni board.  She is also a member of the Young President's Organization (YPO).  Throughout her career, Jenna has worked to balance having four children and her passion for nursing and leadership.  As CEO at NCP, she enjoys being able to inspire others in the specialized healthcare arena.
