Bio: Aaron Tice, born and raised in the Grand Valley, graduating from GJHS in 1998 and attended Mesa State College for his freshman year before transferring to The University of Oregon to complete his BS in Biochemistry.   Aaron’s focus during undergraduate work was molecular genetics and developmental molecular biology.  Aaron still considers himself a novice scientist and regularly stays apprised of the current research being conducted and reported in peer reviewed journals covering areas of physics, math, immunology, genomics, proteomics, and molecular genetics.   He serves on the board of directors for Bookcliff Country Club as well as serving as the Treasurer for the Rotary Club of Grand Junction and The RCGJ Foundation.   He is also the District Grants Chair for District 5470.
