Virtual District 5470 Assembly

Greetings!

I look forward to seeing our district and club leadership this Saturday for the Virtual District 5470 Assembly! If you are interested and have not yet registered for the the virtual assembly, please see the invitation below. 

Due to the logistics involved in hosting an interactive virtual assembly, I asked that all Rotarians register individually and that you work from your own computer. However, I am aware that some clubs have decided to meeting in person and will log in under one Zoom registration. If you are one of those clubs, I ask that you email me a list of all the Rotarians in your club that will be attending the virtual assembly no later than THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22nd @ 5p.m. This will help me get a better idea of who is in attendance. 

Also, after you have registered you will receive an email from Zoom with the meeting link. If you have not received that email I ask that you check your Spam folder first and then email me if you are still unable to locate the email.

We are pleased to bring you the Virtual District 5470 Assembly on October 24th from 9:00 - 12:30 a.m. via Zoom. This will be a great opportunity for your club leadership team to work together to develop your club’s strategic plan and budget, get new directions on leadership in a volunteer setting, and find resources available from District 5470 and RI .

Below, I have included the schedule and the registration link for the assembly. Due to the structure of the assembly and how we will conduct the Zoom meeting, we ask that each Rotarian register individually. We will be using the breakout room function in Zoom so if everyone can work off their own individual computer, it will make the process and facilitation easier for our presenters.

  • Strategic Planning - John Picciotto, Vail Rotary Club
