"Finding the Clarity of Your Purpose"

Some call it, “your one degree.”  Others call it, “your sweet spot.”  Jason has spent over two decades developing a program to help businesses, programs, and the individual to find “The Clarity of Your Purpose.”  He dedicated his life to his faith, family, and the game of football.  He committed to helping all members of each raise their standards and figure out how to become an even better version of themselves.  He believes great college football programs are manifested from the integrity and moral fiber of its leadership and more specifically, its head football coach.  

His mission was to develop a football program which teaches its players the importance of Team Over Individual (TOI).  TOI had been the core message within every football program he led.  It represented a belief his student-athletes were expected to live while a member of the football program.  It was the guiding principle, within all aspects of his program, as it prepared his players for life after their time within the institution and football program.  

Jason will outline how he built and maintained the type of culture in every institution he was a part of.  And he will bring value to our Rotary lunch to help our business members and others find “The Clarity of Your Purpose.”
