"Chuck-CHING" Bader is the man most commonly known as the man who "went from trash to treasure"

After serving in the Marine Corps, he worked a variety of jobs before being hired by the Postal Service and then owning his own insurance and financial services agency, one of those jobs was as garbage man. By applying principles of neuroplasticity from several authors, he achieved leadership positions within a nonprofit organization, political organization and charity fundraising organization. 

Chuck has spoken all over the western United States and has been a guest on radio shows, podcasts, newspapers, television and international television programs. 

His speeches are designed to help people discover what the brain, as an organ, is capable of in order to help them understand their individual potential. Then to discover what their natural passions are and then to use that information to serve the greater good.

His presentations are both humorous and impactful and always leave people pondering what is possible for them and how to increase the level of fulfillment and achievement in their lives.

Chuck will pull out core lessons of the book by John Assaraf author of "The Answer" which is one of the most comprehensive books on brain science and personal achievement ever written, to provide insights and mindsets on how to increase the size of the membership within our Rotary Club and also use his experience as a senior campaign coordinator for charity fundraising to pass on tips and tricks about increasing the fundraising effectiveness of your organization.
