Community Advancing Public Safety (CAPS)

Jean Kraus is the Program Administrator of CAPS (Community Advancing Public Safety), an award winning community-wide effort that engages volunteers (18 and older) in a public safety partnership with the city's police and fire departments and Office of Emergency Management. Since 2011 the program has offered unique and interesting opportunities in support of our public safety departments.
