"First Tee - Pikes Peak"

Lauren Graziano is the Community Impact Coordinator for First Tee — Southern Colorado.  In this role, Lauren serves as the organization’s advocate and contact in developing and nurturing relationships with community leaders, golf facilities, schools, districts, youth serving organizations, donors, and others as needed to create a positive image and develop new opportunities for programming and financial development.  She also represents the organization at community events and embodies the organization’s mission and core values.

First Tee is a youth development organization that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges.  By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, they create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do.  These skills expand to be meaningful, where kids feel excited to grow, safe to fail, and better equipped for whatever comes their way next.  Through their personal growth and junior golf programs, they see kids' build self-confidence, inspiring more active participation in leadership opportunities and events, community involvement, and college scholarships.

Lauren is a recent graduate of the Stirling Management School MSc International Business program at the University of Stirling in Scotland. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate degree at Mount Mercy University, graduating an honors student with a Bachelor of Business Administration.  After finishing her studies in the UK, Lauren moved back to Colorado in late December of 2020 to pursue her professional career goals.
