“Becoming a Champion in Olympic City USA”

What makes an Olympic champion? We all know they come in different flavors, sizes, shapes and of course colors, but what is it that makes some Olympian hopefuls stand out and become true Olympian stars?

Anthony believes it is the same quality that allows some leaders and business owners to succeed.  Those qualities also make some Rotarians stand out in the community.

Olympian champions possess special intangible qualities that separate them from the rest of their competition.  These intangible qualities will be discussed today to learn how to truly be a champion in Olympic city USA.

     Awareness       >>        Intuition

     Anticipation     >>        Innovation

     Execution         >>        Culture

     Effort                >>         Performance

     Resilience         >>       Opportunity

We will see how striving to develop a few key essential intangible qualities will not only help us to improve our leadership ability, but also be a true champion in all areas of our personal and professional lives, and ultimately improving who we are as individuals and as Rotarians.
