Program Title: How UCCS Basketball Develops Leaders Using 4 C's to Build Character and Community
UCCS's Dynamic Head Basketball Coach Jeff Culver developed and uses The 4 C's: Character, Competition, Community, and Career - to make a difference in the lives of student-athletes, preparing them to be ethical, thoughtful leaders who serve their community after they leave the basketball court. Coach Culver will explore the direct alignment of the 4 C's principles with Rotary's values. Ultimately, the success of Mountain Lion Basketball is measured not just in wins, but in the quality of the citizens who graduate after playing basketball for our hometown university.
