Program Title: Limitations of AI, Experience of using ChatGPT as a lawyer and making national headlines!
Zachariah Crabill is a Colorado attorney, entrepreneur, and founder of Av{ai}lable Law, the Foundation for AI Integrity & Regulation (FAIIR), and the Youth Leadership and Business Syndicate (YLABS). After confronting the risks of unchecked AI and systemic gatekeeping firsthand, Zach turned a career crisis into a mission. YLabs, his latest venture, is built by youth, for youth—where teen members don’t just participate, they govern. Through cohort-based Labs in business and legislation, YLabs empowers teens to launch ventures, draft policy, and lead meaningful change from the inside out. Zach’s work has earned national recognition, including invitations to speak at conferences hosted by FARB and NBCOT on AI’s cross-disciplinary impact.
Program Summary:
In this talk, Zach shares how an AI-generated controversy nearly ended his legal career—and how it sparked a bold new mission to democratize justice and opportunity. He’ll discuss how AI is transforming industry landscapes and introduce YLabs, a first-of-its-kind youth-governed nonproft where teens build businesses, write laws, and reshape the systems they’ll inherit. It’s a story of failure turned fuel, and a blueprint for empowering the next generation to lead now—not later.
RSVPs: Due Monday, 5 pm for all members and guests.
