January 25, 2016 Meeting Notes

The meeting was called to order by President, Jocelyn Fabry, and prayer was given by Bob Selke.

 

Guests:

- Tom Pleger's guest's name was Paul, professor of Engineering

- Jr. Rotarians shared their college plans

 

Fines:

- LSSU announcements

- Lawyers

- City employees

- WMH - month of February has free heart screenings

- Hilary - daughter engaged and son getting married, too!

- George is rooting for Carolina Panthers!

- Harold Gravatt paid $10 in happy fines for how much fun he had at the Special Olympic basketball event.  He helped serve 500 slices of pizza in under 30 minutes!

 

Program:

 

First Robotics Competition in March 31-April 1 here in Sault Ste. Marie.  They are looking for a lot of volunteers.  The Sault High Team: The Instigators, will be competing in a fun, new, innovative event this year.
