February 29, 2016 Meeting Minutes

 
Meeting was called to order by Jocelyn Fabry and prayer was given by Justin Knepper.

Announcements:
 
  • Gwen - Auction update - went through list of past donors who have not yet given a donation this year
  • The invoices were recently emailed for 4th quarter, 2015.  The bills will no longer be in paper form
  • The inbound exchange student will be from Chile
 
Fines:
  • Everyone wearing a collared shirt
  • 2 Happy Dollars from members
 
Speaker:
Brent Osterhout introduced our speaker, Officer Robert Brown, on behalf of the Community Improvement Committee.  He has identified some properties with violations.  Over 8 years he has worked with over 100 properities of individuals who could not afford repairs.  Brent is organizing a Rotary committee to improve one property this summer.
