Zach Propes, Hall County Administrator, educated the club this morning on the upcoming TSPLOST (Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax) initiative that will be put before voters in Hall County in the upcoming November election. He also gave an overview of future transportation projects planned for the county.
